Thanks to the Youth Leadership Program, the IESC Debate Club was born motivated by the graduate students. They are also the hosts of “Young Democracy”, the annual debate conference that is held every August since 2014.

The Special Programs Department is also in charge of the Teen Central Platform which supplies virtual English books for the elementary students and also supports at the personnel selection for the school.

The Youth Leadership Program was already founded by

Constance de Hayes in 1995 and was incorporated to

the Special Programs Department.

In 1998 the Magister Zoraida de Cáceres joins the program and she has been in charge until today, giving some modifications, as opening the program for every student, not only for the honor roll students as it was.

It was created due to the need to attend young family parents at the orientation area of communication, discipline, etc., to their kids and to attend our students too.

Many professional workshops for parents and teachers with the purpose to guide them for a better conviviality were presented by this department.
